🛟 Troubleshooting Common Issues
Dropbox is asking me to sign up or log in.
You don’t need a Dropbox account! Just tap “Continue to view” or “No thanks” to open the folder as a guest.
I don’t see a “Download” button.
If you’re viewing the folder in the Dropbox app, tap the three dots (…) → Export → Save to Files.
If you’re using Safari or Chrome, tap the down arrow icon (top right corner) → Direct download.
The file looks gray or blank.
Make sure you’re downloading on an iPad (not iPhone). iPads recognize .brushset files for Procreate automatically.
I can’t find my brushes in Procreate.
Open your Brush Library and scroll to the bottom. Look for a folder called Imported or the brush set name you installed.
